Tom Lucia:
Education – Bachelor of Science degree from Utah State University in Ecology and Wildlife Management.
Experience – Tom has thirty years experience working for the Bureau of Land Management and Idaho Department of Fish and Game.
Marjanna M. Hulet
Education – B.A. from Brigham Young University in English and M.S. from Idaho State University also in English.
Experience – Marjanna has seventeen years experience working for Idaho State University as an English Instructor. In addition, she is a freelance writer and editor for outdoor topics. She is active in regional conservation issues that include: planning, impacts, wildlife, and recreation.
Bonnie Shaw:
Education – Licensed Practical Nurse, B.A. in American Studies, and M.S. in Anthropology
Experience – Bonnie was involved in the Mink Creek land use issues and development. She is participating as a working group member to reclassify the Portneuf River Aquifer as a Sensitive Resource.
Joan Hansen:
Education – B.A. from Idaho State University in Corporate Training
Experience – Joan has 12 years experience working for the Idaho Department of Fish and Game as the non-game wildlife educator and project manager of the Edson Fichter Nature Area. She has experience in outside grant writing and creating brochures, presentations, kiosks, and outreach programs.
Brent R. Nichols
Experience – Brent has 20 year experience as a private real estate developer in multi-family and commercial production. He also has extensive experience with Federal, State, and Local programs.
Bill Davidson
Experience – Bill has 29 years experience working for the Idaho Department of Fish and Game. After retirement he obtained his Real Estate Sales License and is now working in the Area of Farm and Ranch Sales with the Firm of J.W. Dunford and Associates. He also serves as a Chairman for the Southeast Idaho Outdoor Recreational Task Force working on boat access related issues. Bill is active in Sportsmen’s organizations across Idaho.
Brad K. Smith
Experience – Brad is involved in real estate in southeast Idaho, both as an appraiser and a sales agent. His focus is with large farms and ranches. Brad was a county commissioner for 10 years in Franklin County, Idaho and worked on many land planning issues.
Richard A. Smith
Experience – Richard is the owner of an Advertising, Public Relations, and Marketing Company in Southeast Idaho. His clients include both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, including 501©3’s. Richard has served as a Board Member and President of Ross Park Zoological Society and has volunteered time and services for numerous charitable groups, both local and national.
Garry J. Ratzlaff
Education – B.A. Architecture, Montana State University
Experience – Garry has extensive construction background including over ten years of hands-on experience. He founded Ratzlaff’s Architects and has actively practiced architecture for thirty years. Garry is responsible for business development, programming, construction document preparation, and on-site construction observation.
We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that address the disappearance of wildlife habitat, scenic areas, and open spaces in southeastern Idaho.
